Assessment: We conduct assessments to understand your organization’s strengths and areas for improvement. This can include examining internal factors like culture, policies, and practices, or external factors like the impact of your programs on the community. Building Connection
Facilitation: We help organizations build connection and develop strategy by facilitating meetings across a variety of topics. Affinity Groups: Also referred to as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Affinity groups create a space for individuals with shared experiences to connect, resulting in stronger and more inclusive organizational cultures. The goals and composition of these groups can vary - we can develop and facilitate a collaborative process to develop objectives, criteria, and guidelines that fit the needs of group members. We can help you create these groups and set them up for success and longevity.
