Sometimes we need to make tough decisions. Organizational decision making should be transparent and include engagement with anyone who may be affected by the decision. In this workshop, we'll be discussing inclusive approaches to contingency plannning, rapid response, and program planning.

Participants will explore a variety of engagement strategies tailored for different scenarios, ensuring they can effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, community members, partners, donors, and funders.

As the year progresses and uncertainty looms, this session offers an opportunity for organizations to build resilience and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. Attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies that not only address immediate challenges but also strengthen the organizational framework for the future.
